Bridge Et Al is partnering with a globally recognized professional and membership-based organization operating in the people, leadership, and workforce development space.
The organization is seeking an experienced HR professional to provide interim support to its India operations during a critical phase of business continuity and people management. This role requires a well-rounded HR practitioner who can seamlessly manage day-to-day HR operations while partnering with business leaders.

Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
Manage and oversee end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
Ensure effective administration of HR policies, processes, records, and compliance requirements.
Support onboarding, employee transitions, and offboarding activities.
Talent Acquisition
Partner with hiring managers to manage recruitment activities and hiring processes.
Support candidate sourcing, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.
Ensure a positive experience for candidates and internal stakeholders.
Performance Management & Compensation
Support performance management cycles, including goal setting, performance reviews, and performance discussions.
Partner with business leaders to ensure effective execution of performance processes and employee development conversations.
Support compensation-related activities including annual salary reviews, benchmarking inputs, compensation recommendations, and reward processes.
Assist leaders in making fair and informed compensation decisions aligned with organizational guidelines and market practices.
Learning & Development
Coordinate and support learning initiatives, capability-building programs, and employee development activities.
Partner with leaders to identify development priorities and learning needs.
Employee Engagement
Support employee engagement initiatives and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
Assist with communication and change management activities where required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
10+ years of progressive HR experience across multiple HR disciplines.
