Role Overview
The AI for HR facilitator will play a key role in delivering and shaping learning interventions in the space of AI for HR for enterprise and professional audiences.
This role goes beyond facilitation and requires a practitioner mindset, bringing real-world insights, use cases, and applications of AI within HR functions. The facilitator will work closely with the organization and partner institutions to ensure that content remains relevant, practical, and aligned with evolving industry needs.
The role is ideal for a seasoned professional who combines expertise in HR with hands-on exposure to AI tools and applications, and is comfortable engaging senior and mid-level audiences.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-impact training programs (in-person and virtual) on AI applications within HR and people functions.
Bring practical, real-world use cases demonstrating how AI tools can be applied across areas such as talent acquisition, learning, performance management, and workforce analytics.
Collaborate with the organization to refine and update training content, ensuring alignment with emerging trends and technologies.
Integrate new-generation AI tools and platforms into learning delivery, enabling participants to understand both concepts and practical application.
Facilitate engaging, interactive learning experiences that drive participant involvement and knowledge retention.
Work with partner organizations to ensure program quality, consistency, and relevance across different cohorts.
Provide feedback and insights from sessions to help continuously improve program design and learner outcomes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven experience as a trainer, facilitator, or learning consultant, particularly in digital, AI, or HR-related programs.
Strong understanding of AI tools and their practical application within HR and people functions.
Experience designing or delivering learning interventions for enterprise or professional audiences.
Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, relevant, and actionable insights.
Comfortable engaging diverse audiences, including mid to senior-level professionals.
Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience working with training providers, consulting firms, or professional associations is an advantage.
Required Certifications
Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) or
Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA)
