About the Partnership

The Change Et Al. Partner Practitioner is a certified trainer, facilitator, and strategic Change Et Al. Partner, recognised as an Authorised Delivery Partner for our “Change Activist Program” within the Change Et Al. transformation ecosystem.

It is a curated pathway for senior practitioners who want to build on their existing experience and master leadership capability and facilitation skills in:

Delivering Programs using our proven modern Change 4A Framework™, Methodology, Structured tools, and the Art and Science of Change.
Integrating AI-enabled approaches into Transformation, Change, and Leadership initiatives.
Driving enterprise-wide Change Management.

This certification provides the opportunity to serve as an Authorised Delivery Partner for Change Et Al. programs (for our clients) and embed the Change Activist Program within your own advisory or consulting portfolio in formal collaboration with Change Et Al.

Role as Certified Partner Practitioner

As a Certified Partner Practitioner, you will:

Deliver the Change Activist Program for Change Et Al. clients (as engaged)
Collaborate on consulting and transformation assignments within the Change Et Al. ecosystem
Embed the Change Activist Program in collaboration with Change Et Al. as part of your service offering
Facilitate senior leadership and cross-functional change conversations
Apply the 4A Change Framework™ (Align, Apply, Accelerate, Assimilate)
Integrate structured tools and AI-enabled approaches into transformation work
Access curated networking opportunities as part of a global practitioner-partner ecosystem

This is a delivery-focused partnership, not a passive credential.

Ideal profile:

We are looking for professionals who:

Have 10-15+ years of experience in HR, OD, Transformation, or Consulting

Are comfortable facilitating senior leadership forums

Have led or anchored change initiatives in complex organisations
