Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Azure Infrastructure Solutions Architect to support enterprise cloud transformation initiatives, with a strong focus on helping organizations transition from traditional on-premise environments to Microsoft Azure.

The role sits at the intersection of solution architecture, presales engagement, and infrastructure modernization, working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to define scalable cloud architectures and practical migration strategies.

This position requires deep understanding of Azure infrastructure services, enterprise migration approaches, and the ability to translate technical architectures into business-aligned cloud transformation plans.

Key Responsibilities:

Cloud Architecture & Migration Strategy

• Assess existing infrastructure environments and identify opportunities for cloud adoption and data centre modernization.

• Design Azure-based infrastructure architectures including IaaS, PaaS, hybrid environments, and landing zone frameworks.

• Define migration strategies and phased transition plans for enterprise workloads moving to Azure.

• Evaluate application and infrastructure dependencies to determine appropriate migration approaches.

• Develop business cases demonstrating the financial and operational value of cloud adoption.

Presales Engagement & Solution Development

• Work closely with sales and account teams to shape cloud transformation opportunities.

• Support proposal development including technical solution design, RFP/RFI responses, and client presentations.

• Facilitate customer workshops covering cloud readiness, architecture planning, and migration approaches.

• Contribute to solution positioning, pricing models, and overall deal strategy for cloud migration initiatives.

Collaboration & Solution Enablement

• Engage with technology partners and cloud ecosystem stakeholders to support joint go-to-market initiatives.

• Maintain awareness of Azure platform capabilities and evolving cloud best practices.

• Provide architectural guidance to delivery teams to ensure successful implementation of proposed solutions.

• Develop reusable solution frameworks, reference architectures, and migration templates.

Experience & Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud consulting, or solution architecture roles.

• Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise cloud migration or data centre modernization initiatives.

• Strong expertise across Microsoft Azure infrastructure services, including compute, networking, storage, identity, and security.

• Experience designing infrastructure architectures for enterprise workloads transitioning to cloud platforms.

• Ability to communicate complex technical solutions clearly to both technical teams and business stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
