Interim Talent Acquisition Leader

Role Overview:
We are seeking an accomplished Interim Talent Acquisition Leader to partner with senior stakeholders and drive end-to-end hiring execution for all the open roles. The individual will be deployed with a key client for a one-year engagement, acting as a strategic hiring partner.
This role requires a hands-on leader who can navigate complex stakeholder environments, build sustainable talent pipelines, and maintain momentum across the recruitment lifecycle while consistently upholding quality and cultural fit.
Key Responsibilities:
Stakeholder Partnership & Workforce Alignment
Partner closely with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand business priorities, workforce needs, and evolving talent requirements. Translate these into clear hiring strategies, role scope, timelines, and success criteria. Proactively manage expectations and ensure strong collaboration across functions.
Talent Pipeline Strategy & Management
Design, build, and sustain robust talent pipelines for both current and future hiring needs. Ensure readiness for critical roles through proactive market engagement and pipeline continuity.
Hiring Execution & Delivery Oversight
Own and oversee the end-to-end hiring process at a strategic level, ensuring roles move efficiently through the recruitment lifecycle. Drive timely follow-ups, remove bottlenecks, and ensure positions are closed within agreed timelines without compromising on candidate quality.
Quality & Cultural Fit Excellence
Maintain a consistently high bar for talent by ensuring shortlisted candidates meet technical competencies, leadership expectations, and cultural alignment. Champion long-term fit over short-term hiring speed.
Process Governance & Momentum
Provide structured oversight across recruitment workflows, ensuring accountability, coordination, and smooth communication between hiring managers, and leadership teams. Proactively resolve issues and keep hiring initiatives on track.
Leadership Communication & Reporting
Deliver regular, clear updates to senior leadership on hiring progress, pipeline health, risks, bottlenecks, and outcomes. Support strategic discussions on workforce planning, shifting priorities, and evolving talent needs.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree and Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field required
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Leadership, or Workforce Strategy roles
• Proven experience partnering with senior leaders and hiring managers in fast-paced, multi-role environments
• Strong track record in building and managing talent pipelines across mid to senior-level positions
• Experience driving hiring delivery while maintaining high standards of quality and cultural fit
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and competing priorities
• Strong communication, reporting, and leadership presence
• Experience in interim, consulting, or client-facing talent roles is a strong plus
