About the Role
As the CSO, you will spearhead sales growth, drive revenue, and establish the respective markets. Will work closely with the CEO, COO, and Marketing team to create and implement robust sales plans that align with the overall vision and strategic goals of the company.
Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for both companies, focusing on aggressive market penetration, client acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Business Development & Partnerships: Build and nurture strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, partners, large B2B clients, and strategic accounts.
- Sales Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performance sales team, setting clear goals and monitoring team KPIs to drive exceptional sales performance.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor analysis, and new business opportunities. Leverage data insights to refine and optimize sales strategies.
- Sales Planning & Budgeting: Develop annual and quarterly sales plans, forecast sales targets, and manage sales budgets.
- Product & Solution Development: Collaborate with R&D and production teams to tailor products and solutions based on market demands and client feedback.
- Client Relationship Management: Implement customer retention strategies to foster long-term relationships, improve client satisfaction, and generate repeat business.
- Sales Process Optimization: Implement CRM systems, standardize sales processes, and ensure alignment with marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in sales leadership roles within the F&B industry, packaging industry, or other related sectors, with a proven track record in B2B sales.
- Demonstrated ability to drive aggressive growth and penetrate new markets.
- Experience in building, leading, and motivating sales teams in high-growth environments.
- Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Startup mindset with a passion for innovation and an entrepreneurial approach to problem-solving.
- Expertise in using sales technology, CRM systems, and data analytics for sales planning and monitoring.
