Role Overview:
We seek an experienced and dynamic sales leader to drive business development and client servicing initiatives for our clients globally. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in service selling, and consultative selling with a proven track record of supporting business leaders in achieving growth targets
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the business consulting services industry.
- Client Servicing:
- Manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Address client needs and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support to clients.
- Regularly review client feedback and implement improvements to enhance the client experience.
- Sales Leadership:
- Lead and monitor the sales to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Provide guidance and support in developing and executing sales strategies.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance sales culture.
- Support to Business Leader:
- Assist the Business Leader in formulating and executing business strategies.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, and client servicing within the business consulting services industry.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
