Job Title: Project Implementation Expert
Contract Duration: 6 Months

We are looking for a Project Manager with an implementation background in cloud-based inventory planning and asset allocation systems. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in project management, supply chain, and inventory management. You will play a critical role in leading and overseeing the successful implementation of our Clients new system.
Project Management: Lead the end-to-end implementation of a cloud-based inventory planning and asset allocation system, ensuring that the project is delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, supply chain, and operations, to define project goals, objectives, and requirements. Ensure effective communication with all project stakeholders.
Requirements Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of inventory management and supply chain requirements, translating them into actionable project plans and deliverables.
Resource Allocation: Allocate project resources, including personnel, time, and budget, to maximize efficiency and project success.
Risk Management: Identify and proactively manage project risks, issues, and dependencies. Develop mitigation strategies to address potential roadblocks.
Quality Assurance: Implement quality control processes to ensure the delivered system meets high standards of performance, security, and reliability.
Progress Tracking: Monitor project progress, report on project status, and ensure adherence to project timelines and milestones.
Change Management: Manage change requests, assess their impact, and ensure that any modifications align with project objectives and requirements.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and post-implementation evaluations.
Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and other stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption of the new system.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; PMP or other project management certification is a plus.
Strong experience in project implementation of cloud-based inventory planning and asset allocation systems.
Strong background in supply chain and inventory management.
Proven experience in successfully managing project teams and delivering projects on time and within budget.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management software tools.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
