3. Candidate Engagement: Create strategies and campaigns to keep candidates engaged and interested in the platform. This could involve sharing relevant industry insights, career advice, and information about job openings.

3. Previous experience in candidate engagement, candidate experience enhancement, or community management is highly relevant.

5. Proficiency in using data analytics to gather insights into candidate behaviour and engagement effectiveness is becoming increasingly important.
6. Experience in creating engaging content, such as blog posts, videos, webinars, or presentations, is beneficial. This could involve skills in writing, graphic design, video editing, or public speaking.
7. Strong networking skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates, employers, and industry professionals are essential.
